本文通过细胞培养的方法对复方金银花进行了药物的抗ＨＳＶ１敏感性实验并同无环鸟苷和盐酸吗啉胍进行了对比观察，同时测定了培养液中的乳酸脱氢酶的活力，定量地分析了各种药物抑制ＨＳＶ１对指示细胞的感染和对细胞的保护作用。实验结果表明：复方金银花的抗病毒效果和对靶细胞的保护作用优于无环鸟苷和盐酸吗啉胍，但其作用机理尚有待于进一步研究。
In this paper, the method of cell culture compound honeysuckle drug anti-HSV 1 sensitivity experiments with acyclovir and Moroxydine Morphine were compared observed at the same time the activity of lactate dehydrogenase in the culture medium, Quantitative analysis of a variety of drugs inhibit HSV 1 on the indicator cell infection and cell protection. The experimental results show that: the antiviral effect of compound honeysuckle and its protective effect on target cells is better than that of acyclovir and moroxydine hydrochloride, but its action mechanism remains to be further studied.
