“以学生为主体”“以人为本”教育理念作为新时期德育工作的新要求,毋庸置疑已成为广大教育工作者所达成的共识。但在学校德育工作的实践中仍不乏出现空洞、虚浮、死板的德育模式。笔者以为德育应以“小、实、趣、活”为切入点,提倡“育心”德育模式——要求教师将心比心,以心换心,追求以真心育真人的德育功效。 “Students as the main ” “people-oriented ” education philosophy as the new requirements of moral education work in the new era, no doubt has become the consensus reached by the majority of educators. However, in the practice of school moral education, there are still some empty, frivolous and rigid moral education modes. The author thinks that moral education should take “small, real, interesting and living ” as the breakthrough point, advocating “moral education ” moral education mode - requiring teachers to benevolent, heart to heart, the pursuit of true moral education effect.
