科教兴站战略已为大家所熟悉,各卫生防疫站已从制度、政策、资金、人员等多方面入手,切实加强和提高各个站的科技实力。但需要看到的是,在实施科教兴站的过程中,还存在着一些问题,本文从人才的知识结构、年龄层次结构、科技工作需要加强几个结合等方面探讨了在科教兴站实施过程中应注意的一些问题。
The strategy of rejuvenation of science and education has become familiar to everyone. The various health and epidemic prevention stations have started from various aspects such as systems, policies, funds, and personnel, and have effectively strengthened and improved the scientific and technological strength of each station.
