In this paper, the red cell membrane Na ~ +, K ~ + -ATPase, Adenyl cyclase (AC) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate Phosphodiesterase (cAMP phosphodiesterase, PDE) activity changes were studied. The results showed that in the first week of cold exposure, the three enzymes activity increased to the highest level; in the second to the sixth week, the enzyme activity showed a downward trend. The Na +, K + -ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane was significantly higher than that of the control (P <0.05) during the whole cold exposure. At the 4th week of cold exposure, AC and PDE activity in liver tissue decreased to the control level (P> 0.05). Studies have shown that rat erythrocyte membrane Na ~ +, K ~ + -ATPase plays a metabolic regulatory role in the establishment and formation of cold adaptation. Liver tissue AC and PDE play a metabolic regulatory role in the cold stress phase, but not in the cold adaptation phase.
