这些年来中国建了很多房子,成为世界最大的房地产市场。前不久,相关部门公布数据显示中国人均住房面积目前已上升为36平方米,这是这些年楼市建设不可否认的巨大成绩。但是中国目前的房价还是太高,不只是低收入者买不起,中低收入者依然买不起。房价每平方米4万元,如果一个工薪族一年纯收入为4万元,想买一栋50平方米的房子,需要工作50年,那时候也就退休了。大批农民进城是经济发展的必然趋势。目前中国有将近几亿的农民进城。这批农民进城很难再回去,尤其是这批农民的子女基本上不会再回到农村,因为他们已经不懂得如何种地了。这批进城农民的住房需求是一个广阔的市场,这也是今后中国房地产的希望之所在。
