不少作者认为间日疟原虫在红细胞内的多重感染是变异,近年中国学者则报道这种现象很普遍,其潜伏期很长(312~323天),并名之为间日疟原虫多核亚种。本文作者在巴布亚-新几内亚进行常规流行病学调查时,也看到多重感染,但属偶见。仅在1例9月龄女孩多次发作中,看到的原虫形态与中国学者所描述的相似。该例于1981年8月发作时,有不少红细胞内多重感染。9月复发,又见红细胞内寄生多个原虫的现象。10月第2次复发时未见多重感染。潜隐期分别为30~35天,与溪桑株复发类型相似,在3次发作中,2次见到多重感
Many authors think that the multiple infection of Plasmodium vivax in erythrocytes is a variant. In recent years, Chinese scholars have reported that this phenomenon is very common and has a long incubation period (312-332 days) and is named as P. vivax . The authors of this article also saw multiple infections when conducting routine epidemiological surveys in Papua New Guinea, but it is occasionally seen. In only one case of 9-month-old girl repeated attacks, the protozoan morphology seen is similar to that described by Chinese scholars. The case occurred in August 1981 attack, there are many multiple infections within the red blood cells. September recurrence, see also the phenomenon of multiple parasite parasites in red blood cells. There was no multiple infection at the second relapse in October. The latent period was 30-35 days respectively, which was similar to the type of recurrent creek mulberry. In the three episodes, the second was multiple
