以某再生水供给的模拟管段形成的生物膜为对象,在次氯酸钠投量为15 mg/L条件下,研究高浓度消毒剂对生物膜中微生物及其胞外聚合物含量的影响、不同类型微生物对消毒剂的敏感性及其活性恢复情况。结果表明,随着高浓度消毒剂作用时间的延长,生物膜微生物的存活率降低,但仍有部分微生物可以存活并得到恢复;消毒3 h及无氯恢复7 d后生物膜EPS总含量逐步降低;消毒剂对不同类型微生物的杀灭率也不同,其中亚硝酸盐氧化菌最易被杀灭;消毒3 h后,生物膜的硝化活性丧失且未见恢复,而反硝化活性虽大幅降低但可恢复。因此,采用高浓度消毒剂消毒并不能完全控制再生水管道生物膜微生物。
