管理创新是当前对图书馆内部各个组织要素的有机结合,是当前高校图书馆创新的重要内容。图书馆组织要素不仅仅是包括馆藏、文献以及图书管理人员等,还包括图书馆的用户,以及图书馆的活动关系发生的各个职能部门。为此,本文笔者就从当前高校图书馆的现状出发,进一步分析了我国高校图书馆创新的必要性,最后提出了相应的途径。
Management innovation is the current organic combination of various organizational elements within the library, which is an important content of the current university library innovation. Library organizational elements include not only collections, literature and library management staff, but also users of the library, as well as the activities of the library relationship between the various functional departments. To this end, the author of this paper, starting from the current status of university libraries, to further analyze the necessity of university library innovation, and finally put forward corresponding ways.
