3.楔横轧制 车桥主动伞齿轮坯的形状为带一个大头的阶梯轴(见图1),只有成对轧制才较易满足楔横轧的对称性要求而达到轴向力平衡Σ_(p_2)=0。轧制EQ140汽车车桥主动伞齿轮坯的成形工步如图5所示。其工艺过程为:下料→加热(1240±10℃)→轧制→热处理(正火950℃空冷)→喷丸。
