东微45油菜是由微波辐照东苑35油菜选育出。1979—1981年期间,东微45油菜曾在四川温江县进行高产试验,8亩试验田,结果得到315斤/亩的较好产量。 为了了解东微45油菜的生理特性,我们作了东微45与东苑35油菜生理特性的分析试验。通过不同发育阶段的试验,我们发现东微45油菜的光合率比东苑35油菜的高出0.6—3.7毫克千重/dm~2/小时左右。东微45叶绿素的含量比东苑35油菜增加19.30%,东微45油菜的过氧化氢酶活性比东苑35油菜也较高,其含油率比东苑35增加2.16%。我们也发现1980年东微45油菜每亩产量比东苑35油菜增产26.7%,而1981年则增产8.6%。
East micro-45 rape is microwave radiation Dongyuan 35 rape bred. During 1979-1981, Dongwei 45 rape had conducted high-yield test in Wenjiang County of Sichuan with 8 mu of experimental field and the result was a good yield of 315 kg / mu. In order to understand the physiological characteristics of Dongwei 45 rape, we made the analysis of the physiological characteristics of Dongwei 45 and Dongyuan 35 rape. Through experiments at different developmental stages, we found that the photosynthetic rate of Dongwei 45 was higher than that of Dongyuan 35 by 0.6-3.7 mg / dm ~ 2 / h. Compared with Dongyuan 35, the content of chlorophyll of Dongwei 45 increased by 19.30% than that of Dongyuan 35, and the catalase activity of Dongwei 45 was higher than that of Dongyuan 35. The oil content of Dongwei 45 increased by 2.16% than that of Dongyuan 35. We also found that in 1980, the yield per mu of Dongwei 45 rape increased 26.7% over that of Dongyuan 35, while it increased 8.6% in 1981.
