在复合树脂粘接修复过程中,用何种空气来干燥牙面的问题还未受到足够的重视。为此作者比较了五种不同气体对树脂—釉质粘结效果的影响。标本制作是在离体第三磨牙的(牙合)面制备一个5×5mm与牙长轴垂直的平面,酸蚀60秒钟,水冲洗30秒钟。36个试件分成六组,分别用下列空气干燥处理30秒钟。各试件分别涂上已调拌好的粘结剂,将直径为3.175mm,长为10mm的Auratil光敏树脂条的一端粘结在已备牙釉质面上。
In the composite resin bonding repair process, what kind of air to dry the tooth surface has not been enough attention. To this end, the authors compared the effects of five different gases on the resin-enamel bond. Specimens were prepared on the (occlusal) surface of a third molars in vitro with a 5 × 5 mm vertical plane perpendicular to the tooth axis, etched for 60 seconds and rinsed in water for 30 seconds. Thirty-six specimens were divided into six groups and each was air-dried for 30 seconds with the following. Each sample was coated with a well-blended adhesive, and one end of a 3.175 mm diameter and 10 mm long Auratil photosensitive resin was bonded to the prepared enamel surface.
