新生儿黄疸是新生儿时期最常见的临床问题之一，其中病理性黄疸风险极高，尽早治疗可避免病情恶化，减少后遗症的发生。目前中药药浴作为新生儿病理性黄疸的辅助疗法，已逐渐在临床广泛应用。本文从中医对疾病的认识、中药药浴的作用机制、中药药浴的辅治应用方案与临床疗效、组成方药等方面展开综述，旨在为中药药浴辅治新生儿病理性黄疸的临床应用提供科学的依据。
