由北京青年政治学院电器设备厂研制成功的具有国内先进水平的新型刷镀强比技术,获得1988年北京市科学技术进步奖。用本没备刷镀,金属分子可渗透到工件中,使镀层致密,硬度可达HRC65,耐磨耐腐蚀能力可提高5倍,粗糙度值可由Ra0.8μm降低到Ra0.04μm;镀层不脱落,可达到高强度机械性能,适用于;模具、机械加工、化工、汽车、纺织、造纸、电子、塑料等行业的零件修复与强化,镀层厚度可控制在0.01~1.5mm,最深可达3mm。为尽快推广此项技术,《机械工艺师》杂志社北京技术服务部与青年政治学院电器设备厂将于今年5月初在
