目的:探讨无创机械通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病型呼吸衰竭的治疗价值。方法:60例型呼吸衰竭患者进行双水平气道正压通气,监测治疗前后动脉血气和呼吸频率。结果:46例治疗成功患者治疗前动脉血气(pH、PaCO2、PaO2)和呼吸频率分别为:(7.22±1.33)、(93±19)mm Hg、(52±9)mm Hg和(36±8)次/min,治疗后分别为:(7.38±1.35)、(46±4)mm Hg、(73±8)mm Hg和(19±4)次/min,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病型呼吸衰竭有显著疗效。
Objective: To explore the value of non-invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease respiratory failure. Methods: Sixty-two patients with respiratory failure underwent double-level positive airway pressure monitoring, arterial blood gas and respiratory rate before and after treatment. Results: The arterial blood gas (PaCO2, PaO2) and respiration rate of the 46 patients with successful treatment before treatment were (7.22 ± 1.33), (93 ± 19) mm Hg, (52 ± 9) mm Hg and (36 ± 8) ) Times / min after treatment were (7.38 ± 1.35), (46 ± 4) mm Hg, (73 ± 8) mm Hg and (19 ± 4) times / min, respectively <0.05). Conclusion: Noninvasive mechanical ventilation has a significant effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease respiratory failure.
