目的运用64层螺旋CT血管成像技术研究肾动脉早发分支(EB)的解剖部位及形态,并讨论其显示EB的能力。方法64层螺旋CT行135例肾动脉CTA,数据传至工作站重建并详细记录每侧副肾动脉早发分支情况。采用SAS 9.1.3软件统计分析。结果19例(14.7%)患者共有肾动脉发现EB20支(28.5%)。结论64层螺旋CTA能够较好显示EB,为血管造影术以及外科技术提供更多解剖学信息。
Objective To study the anatomic site and morphology of early-stage renal artery (EB) using 64-slice spiral CT angiography and discuss its ability to display EB. Methods CTA was performed on 135 cases of renal artery by 64 - slice spiral CT. The data were sent to the workstation for reconstructing and recording the branches of the adrenal artery on each side in detail. Using SAS 9.1.3 software statistical analysis. Results A total of EB20 (28.5%) were found in 19 patients (14.7%) with renal artery. Conclusion 64-slice CTA can better display EB, provide more anatomical information for angiography and surgical techniques.
