[目的]评价5μg×3与10μg×3两种重组乙肝疫苗免疫方案的阳转率差异。[方法]检索1994年以来国内外公开发表的关于乙肝免疫方案的比较研究文献。采用Meta分析综合比较5μg×3与10μg×3两种乙肝免疫方案在免疫后1个月和免疫后1年的抗HBs转阳率。[结果]共入选文献14篇,经过Meta分析,免疫后1个月10μg×3组的阳转率相对于5μg×3组的阳转率差异有统计学意义(P=0.002),OR为1.68(95%CI:1.20~2.34);免疫后年10μg×3组的阳转率相对于5μg×3组的阳转率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.0001),OR值为2.95(95%CI:1.72~5.07)。[结论]10μg×3的乙肝免疫方案在免疫后1个月和1年时,较5μg×3的免疫方案有更高的阳转率。
[Objective] To evaluate the difference of positive rate between two recombinant hepatitis B vaccines (5μg × 3 and 10μg × 3). [Method] The comparative literature about hepatitis B immunization programs published in China since 1994 was retrieved. Meta-analysis was used to compare the anti-HBs positive rate of hepatitis B immunization with 5μg × 3 and 10μg × 3 1 month after immunization and 1 year after immunization. [Results] A total of 14 articles were selected. After meta-analysis, the positive rate of positive rate of 10μg × 3 group was significantly different from that of 5μg × 3 group (P = 0.002), OR was 1.68 (95% CI: 1.20-2.34). The positive rate of positive rate of 10μg × 3 group after immunization was significantly different from that of 5μg × 3 group (P <0.0001) : 1.72 ~ 5.07). [Conclusion] The 10μg × 3 hepatitis B vaccination program had a higher positive conversion rate than the 5μg × 3 immunization program at 1 month and 1 year after immunization.
