福建省地处我国东南沿海,境内山岭耸峙,丘陵起伏,海岸曲折,农林特产资源十分丰富。党的十一届三中全会以来,在我省农林牧副渔各业生产和农村多种经营迅速发展的新形势下,我省各级财政部门一方面积极支持农林特产生产的发展,一方面努力做好农林特产税的征管工作,不断改革和完善农林特产税的征管办法,促进了我省农林特产税收入的不断增长为增强我省财力作出了贡献。据统计,全省农林特产税实征税额从1979年的426万元,增加到1985年的5558万元,六年增长12倍;1986年达到6818万元,超过当年农业税收入;1987年达到9362万元,比上年增长37.3%。

According to statistics, the tax collection of special taxes on agriculture and forestry in the province increased from 4.26 million yuan in 1979 to 55.58 million yuan in 1985, an increase of 12 times in six years. In 1986, it reached 68.18 million yuan, surpassing that of agricultural tax in 1987; 93.62 million yuan, an increase of 37.3% over the previous year.
