京郊日报消息9月19日,总投资1.2亿元的北京冰凌花乳业有限公司生产基地在延庆奠基,这标志着延庆县鲜奶生产和加工的产业化进程又向前迈进了一大步,为实现全市乳业大县的目标奠定了基础。 今年1～9月份,延庆县奶牛存栏数比去年同期增长了7000头,总数达到了1.7万头,年可产原料奶3.5万吨,为乳制品业的发展打下了坚实的基础。北京冰凌花乳业有限公司看准延庆这一资源优势,将这里作为自己乳制品生产加工基地。基地的一期工程占地11万米~2,建成后年可加工鲜奶10万吨,主要生产超高温灭菌生态奶、生态酸牛奶、生态乳酸饮料和生态冰激凌等系列产品。 延庆县抓住这一有利契机,出台了包括贴息贷款在内的一系列扶持奶牛饲养业发展的优惠政策,极大地调动了农户饲养奶牛的积极性,加之国家优质奶牛胚胎中心落户该县,使延庆形成了上有优质奶牛胚胎,下有现代化大型乳品
