目的:建立化妆品中铅含量测定实验室内质量控制方法,保证分析实验处于受控状态,确保检验数据的准确可靠。方法:以微波消解-火焰原子吸收光度法为基础,应用空白值和准确度控制图及用临界限R c值控制精密度等方法,达到控制分析质量目的。结果:控制图空白值吸光度控制限X±3Sb为-0.0009~0.0015;准确度控制限X±3Sp为92.0%~105.8%;精密度控制临界限R c值在含铅量5~<25μg/g时为0.216,25~<40μg/g为0.158,>40μg/g为0.104。结论:按该程序控制实验室内分析质量,测定化妆品试样,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a laboratory quality control method for determination of lead in cosmetics, to ensure that the analysis experiment is under control and to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data. Methods: Based on the microwave digestion - flame atomic absorption spectrometry, the blank value and accuracy control chart and the method of controlling the precision by the critical limit R c were used to achieve the purpose of quality control analysis. Results: The control limits of blank absorbance of control chart X ± 3Sb were -0.0009 ~ 0.0015; the control limit of accuracy X ± 3Sp was 92.0% ~ 105.8%; the critical control limit R c was between 5 ~ 25μg / g 0.216, 25 ~ <40 μg / g was 0.158,> 40 μg / g was 0.104. Conclusion: According to the procedure of controlling the quality of laboratory analysis, cosmetic samples were determined with satisfactory results.
