世界遗产是全人类的共同瑰宝,也是我国珍贵的旅游资源。世界遗产旅游热潮带来过度与错位开发,使其面临巨大的资源环境压力。法律保护严重不足是我国世界遗产面临威胁的最根本原因之一。本文在分析我国世界遗产旅游开发现状的基础上,从法律的角度探讨了存在的问题和原因,提出了协调保护与开发之间矛盾的法律对策。
World Heritage is the common treasure of all mankind and also a precious tourist resource in our country. The tourism boom in the World Heritage Site has brought about excessive and misplaced development, putting it under enormous pressure on resources and the environment. A serious lack of legal protection is one of the most fundamental causes of the threat to our world heritage. Based on the analysis of the status quo of China’s tourism development in the world heritage, this paper discusses the existing problems and causes from the perspective of law, and puts forward the legal countermeasures to coordinate the contradiction between protection and development.
