笔者从中国农业科学院植物保护研究所获悉,该所王国梁研究团队在病原菌和植物基因组变异方面取得突破性进展,发现了病原菌(以稻瘟病菌为例)和植物(以玉米为例)中几类活跃的转座子对基因组的变异和多样性起重要作用。研究成果以A novel method for identifying polymorphic transposable elements via scanning of high-throughput short reads为题,发表在院选核心期刊DNA Research
