为进一步提高推广普通话工作的制度化、规范化、科学化水平,完善普通话水平测试系统,现将依据《普通话水平测试管理规定》(教育部令第16号)和《普通话水平测试等级标准》(国语[1997]64号)制定的《普通话水平测试大纲》印发你们,自2004年10月1日起施行。《普通话水平测试大纲》是国家实施普通话水平测试的依据,各级测试机构和普通话水平测试员要严格执行,以确保测试质量。
