本研究观察了重组人睫状神经营养因子(rhCNTF)对大鼠胶质瘤C6细胞系生长的影响。发现rhCNTF20~2000ng/ml可抑制C6细胞增殖,细胞形态发生明显改变,且具有剂量─时间效应。此外,rhCNTF还可诱导C6细胞分泌少量IL─6。结果表明,rhCNTF对C6细胞的抑制作用可能与其参与瘤细胞的生长调节有关,推测rhCNTF作为一种细胞调节因子对胶质瘤具有潜在治疗作用。
This study investigated the effects of recombinant human ciliary neurotrophic factor (rhCNTF) on the growth of rat glioma C6 cell line. It was found that rhCNTF20 ~ 2000ng / ml can inhibit the proliferation of C6 cells, the morphological changes of cells significantly, and have a dose-time effect. In addition, rhCNTF can induce C6 cells to secrete a small amount of IL-6. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of rhCNTF on C6 cells may be related to the regulation of rhCNTF on the growth of tumor cells. It is speculated that rhCNTF may have a potential therapeutic effect on gliomas as a cell regulator.
