目的：总结经尿道等离子双极电切术（TUPKP）治疗大体积前列腺增生（BPH）的经验。方法分析2009年6月至2011年6月我院355例采用TUPKP治疗的大体积BPH患者的临床资料。结果前列腺体积（138±30） mL，手术时间为（65±22）min，切除的前列腺标本质量为（55±39）g，术后冲洗时间为（72±22）h，拔管时间为（4.5±2）d。国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）由术前的（26.2±5.3）分降至（7.8±5.5）分；生活质量评分由术前的（5.5±1.3）分降至（2.1±0.9）分。结论 TUPKP治疗大体积BPH的效果好，能明显改善临床症状。“,”Objective To summarize clinical experience on application of bipolar transurethral plasma Kinetic resection of prostate(TUPKP) in the treatment of patients with large volume prostate hyperplasia. Methods Clinical data of 355 patients with large volume prostate hyperplasis who underwent TUPKP from June 2009 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean volume of prostate was (138±30)mL. The mean operation time was (65± 22)min. The mean weight of resected prostate glands was (55±39)g. The washing time after operation was (72±22)h and the extubating time was (4.0±2)d. The international prostate symptom score (IPSS) decreased from (26.2±5.3) to (7.8±5.5). Quality of life decreased from (5.5±1.3) to (2.1±0.9). Conclusion TUPKP is an effective treatment for large volume BPH patients, it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
