本文作者系中国经济学团体联合会顾问,我国著名的经济学家.骆耕漠同志于今年五月份在河南省教育学院讲学时,作了《现代公有制社会产品的计划分配和市场流通问题》的学术报告,全文分三节:一、马克思、恩格斯、列宁关于现代公有制社会中的产品分配、交换、流通和市场问题的一些论述;二、关于“计划调节”和“市场调节”的内涵;三、通过两篇文章,看“两个调节相结合”这一提法的问题.征得作者同意,现刊登此文的第二节.
The author is a consultant to the China Federation of Economic Societies and a famous economist in our country.Luo Gemu made a lecture in Henan Institute of Education in May this year and made an academic report entitled “Plan Distribution and Market Circulation of Modern Public-owned Society Products” , The full text is divided into three sections: First, Marx, Engels, Lenin on modern public ownership of the product distribution, exchange, circulation and market issues some of the discussion; Second, on the “plan adjustment” and “market regulation” connotation; Thirdly, through two articles, I will read the second sentence of this article with the consent of the author through the article “The combination of two adjustments”.
