我科1980年1月～1981年1月,采用椎管注氧疗法,治疗脑血栓49例,其疗效较好。一般资料我们共治脑血栓86人,不加选择的分两组.对照组37例,采用扩管药(如地巴唑、烟酸、654-2丹参注射液、低分子右旋糖酐、5%碳酸氢钠).中药及针灸等治疗:治疗组49例,行椎管注氧治疗.治疗组49例中,男31人,女18人;年龄最大者64岁,最小者43岁;50～60岁者48人,占97.6%.对照组37例中,男22人,女15人;年龄最大者72岁,最小者40岁;51～60岁者25人,占67.6%。两组病例症状、体征如表1。
