在中国未来的房地产行业,必须从儿童状态一步一步随着中国经济和城市化的发展,逐步地变成服务业,由制造业变成服务业,并由服务业变成金融业。我们国内的市场是一个只有20年的市场,美国是一个有着200年的市场,所以我认为我们的市场还是一个小孩,美国市场是大人。如果我们站在小孩的角度来看大人,哪些是相同的,哪些是不同的,这中间发生的故事,对于我们思考这个行业非常有意义。
In the future real estate industry in China, we must step by step from the state of children as China’s economy and urbanization develop, and gradually become a service industry, from manufacturing industry to service industry, and from service industry to financial industry. Our domestic market is a market of only 20 years, the United States is a market with 200 years, so I think our market is still a child, the United States market is an adult. If we look at adults from the perspective of children, which are the same and which ones are different, this middle story is very meaningful to our thinking about this industry.
