被测金属导体的磁导率和电导率对电涡流传感器的测量是有影响的。金属表层材质的缺陷如裂纹、划痕及金相组织偏析均会使磁导率和电导率发生变化。本文介绍一种试验研究方法,对某一确定的金属样块的平面度利用精密机械仪器和电涡流传感器进行测量,并对测量结果进行分析,得到一些初步看法并提出测量误差的补偿方法。
The permeability and conductivity of the metal conductor under test have an influence on the measurement of the eddy current sensor. Metal surface defects such as cracks, scratches and microstructure segregation will make permeability and conductivity changes. This paper presents an experimental study that measures the flatness of a given metal specimen using precision mechanical and eddy current transducers and analyzes the measurement results to obtain some preliminary observations and to propose compensation methods for measurement errors.
