一、观念是企业最需要管理的资产有人将今天的营销竞争区分为三个层次:第一个层次是技巧的角逐,主要围绕产品的营销组合而展开,其核心是制订独具特色和富有效率的竞争技巧;第二个层次是战略的筹划,主要围绕企业的生存和发展环境而展开,其目的是实现企业资源的优化配置并确立战略优势;第三个层次是观念的开发,它把企业的营销理念渗透在企业的品牌宣传和形象设计中去,以此实现企业的稳定发展并使企业立于不败之地。显然,观念的竞争是现代营销活动
