在管理学中我们主要关注的西方的管理学方法与领导力研究,主要借鉴的是西方的科学管理方法,只要谈到管理学与领导力首先想到的必是彼得德鲁克等一批西方管理学家,但其实在中国古代先秦的诸子著作中都有管理学的著述,也都提出了一些精辟的管理学与领导力的思想,其中最具有代表性的首推《韩非子》,本文也主要从《韩非子》中来分析、讨论深藏在此部国学经典中的管理与领导力的思想。
In the management of our main concern Western management methods and leadership research, the main reference is the Western scientific management methods, as long as the management and leadership first thought must be Peter Drucker and a number of Western management Scholars, but in fact the writings of management scholars in ancient China’s pre-Qin philosophers all contain the writings of management studies. They also put forward some brilliant ideas of management and leadership. The most representative of these is the “Han Fei Zi” Mainly from the “Han Feizi” to analyze and discuss the concept of management and leadership in this part of Guoxue classics thinking.
