经门静脉移植乳鼠胰腺研磨液治疗四氧嘧啶诱发的大白鼠糖尿病。移植后4周内糖尿病缓解率为75%,移植前后门静脉压力无显著性差异(P>0.05),4周后在光镜下观察肝脏未见明显的坏死灶及结构改变,经免疫组化(胰岛素抗体PAP法)证实肝脏内有散在的胰岛细胞分泌的胰岛素颗粒。本次实验结果表明,经门静脉移植同种乳鼠胰腺研磨液后纠正糖尿病效果良好,无明显肝脏病变及排斥反应,不发生门静脉压力升高。因此,经门静脉到肝脏的移植途径可谓在临床上进行胰岛细胞移植治疗胰岛素依赖性(Ⅰ型)糖尿病的较好途径,具有一定的研究价值。
Allo-pyrimidine-induced diabetes mellitus rats were treated by transplanting the pancreatic juice of neonatal rat by portal vein. There was no significant difference in portal vein pressure before and after transplantation (P> 0.05). After 4 weeks, no obvious necrosis and structural changes were observed in the liver under light microscope. The immunohistochemistry Insulin antibody PAP method) to confirm the presence of scattered insulin in the liver cells of insulin particles. The experimental results show that the portal vein after transplanting the same kind of rat pancreatic juice after grinding to correct the effect of diabetes is good, no significant liver disease and rejection, portal hypertension does not occur. Therefore, the portal vein to the liver transplantation pathways can be described in the clinical transplantation of islet cells to insulin-dependent (type I) diabetes a better way, with some research value.
