当前,企业界已普遍开始重视企业的思想政治工作,其中也涌出不少优秀的企业思想政治工作者。但是,由于前些时候我们放松了思想政治工作,忽视了政工干部队伍的建设,以致在目前的一些企业中,企业的思想政治工作状况不太令人满意,存在着许多不良倾向,现分述如下:1.形式主义。仅仅从形式上去加强、重视企业的思想政治工作,习惯于传达文件,召开几次会议,刷几个标语,出几期简报,办几个学习班。这样,似乎企业的思想政治工作已圆满结束。其真正目的,不是实实在在地去做工作,而是去装样子给领导看,以示本部门、本单位已经在加强思想政治工作方面与上级保持一致了。会议上旗帜鲜明要加强
