对导电加热切削中主要电参数进行了分析与检测，提出一种快速确定最佳加热电流的新方法，建立了相应的数据库，供导电加热切削过程中电参数的适应性控制使用。
The main electrical parameters in conductive heating cutting were analyzed and tested. A new method to determine the optimal heating current quickly was put forward. Corresponding database was established for the adaptive control of electrical parameters in the process of conductive heating cutting.
