血府逐瘀胶囊是根据清代王清任的《医林改错》中的血府逐瘀汤,经提取加工而成的。用于胸中血瘀、胸痛、头痛日久或心悸失眠或月经不调等病症。近年来应用于心脏病、高血压病等多种疾病。因此将其制成中成药,以便于患者的应用。本文对其进行了薄层鉴别试验。1 仪器与试药UV-1型三用紫外分析仪(上海顾材电光仪器厂)硅胶 G、硅胶 H、薄层板(表岛海洋化工厂)对照药材、对照品均由中国药品生物制品检定所提供。试剂均为分析纯。
