髓样细胞触发受体(triggering receptor expresseson myeloid cells,TREM)是新近发现的一种与炎症级联放大密切相关的免疫球蛋白超家族成员,主要表达于中性粒细胞及成熟的单核细胞、巨噬细胞表面。可溶性髓样细胞触发受体1(soluble triggeringreceptor expresses on myeloid cells-1,sTREM-1)是TREM-l的可溶形式,通过ELISA检测方法在血清、胸腔积液、肺泡灌洗液、痰、尿液等体液中可被检测出,方法简便可靠。目前有大量临床研究表明sTREM-1在细菌、真菌感染时其表达明显增高,可作为一种诊断感染性炎症的可靠指标。本文就近年来sTREM-l在脓毒症、胸腔积液、肺炎、急性胰腺炎、非感染性疾病等方面的诊断效能进行评价。
