目的建立测定工作场所空气中硫酰氟的直接进样气相色谱法。方法工作场所空气中的硫酰氟用注射器采集,直接进样,经HP-PLOT/Q色谱柱分离,氢火焰光度检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。方法研究按照《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求进行实验室实验及现场实验。结果该方法在4.17~83.40mg/m3范围内呈线性关系,回归方程式Y=227.4X+119.6,相关系数r=0.9997;方法的重现性好,方法的相对标准偏差为1.7%~4.9%;检出限为0.46ng(进样0.5ml),最低检出浓度为0.92mg/m3。结论该方法快速、灵敏和准确,各项指标均达到测定方法的要求,适用于日常工作场所空气中的硫酰氟的检测。
Objective To establish a direct injection gas chromatography for the determination of sulfuryl fluoride in the air of the workplace. Methods Sulfuryl fluoride in the air of the workplace was collected with a syringe and directly injected into the sample. The residue was separated on a HP-PLOT / Q column and detected by a hydrogen flame photometric detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. Methodology The laboratory experiments and field experiments were conducted in accordance with the requirements of “Part 4 of Guidelines for Occupational Health Standards - Determination of Chemical Substances in the Air at Workplace”. Results The method showed a linear relationship in the range of 4.17-83.40 mg / m3. The regression equation was Y = 227.4X + 119.6 with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.9997. The reproducibility of the method was good and the relative standard deviation was 1.7% -4.9%. The detection limit was 0.46ng (injection 0.5ml), the minimum detectable concentration of 0.92mg / m3. Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, and all the indexes meet the requirements of determination methods. It is suitable for the detection of sulfuryl fluoride in the air of daily work place.
