在党的十一届三中全会精神指引下,四川省煤炭系统群众性科学技术研究活动更加深入发展。他们紧密围绕生产薄弱环节和关键问题,努力攻关,艰苦奋战,在七九年煤炭科研工作喜结硕果。 一九七九年四川省煤炭系统重大科技成果奖励项目的评审工作,已由四川省煤炭工业局配合省科委,在有关的局(矿)、指挥部(处)、科研所和大学的共同努力下,现已评审完毕,并报经四川省人民政府审查批准。
Guided by the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the mass scientific and technological research activities of the coal system in Sichuan Province have been further developed.
