随着治理整顿的加强和深入,当前企业在前进中面临原材料涨价、资金紧缺、市场疲软等暂时的困难。如何克服前进中的困难以求不断发展,是关系到每个企业前途和命运的重要问题,带着这个问题,笔者对江西气门芯厂进行了调查。江西气门芯厂地处江西新建县新祺周,是一家农垦企业,现有职工545人,主要生产汽车、摩托车和拖拉机轮胎气门芯和气门咀。该厂1987年气门芯产量、产值、利税分别夺得全国同行业第一位,成为我国气门芯生产量最大的厂家,先后获得六好企业和省先进企业的光荣称
With the strengthening and deepening of governance and rectification, companies are currently facing temporary difficulties such as rising raw material prices, shortage of funds, and weak markets. How to overcome the difficulties in progress in order to continue development is an important issue that concerns the future and destiny of each company. With this issue, the author conducted an investigation on the Jiangxi Valve Core Factory. Jiangxi Valve Core Plant is located in Xinyizhou, Xinjian County, Jiangxi Province. It is a land reclamation enterprise and currently employs 545 people. It mainly manufactures automotive, motorcycle and tractor tire valve cores and valve nozzles. In 1987, the valve core output, output value, profits and taxes of the plant won the first place in the same industry in the country, and became the largest manufacturer of valve core production in China. It has been honorably honored by six good companies and advanced enterprises in the province.
