以浸出物中延胡索总生物碱为测量指标，比较了延胡索单独醇回流提取，与丹参合并醇回流提取以及与其它药材合并水煎煮３种提取方法。结果表明：延胡索单独醇回流提取总生物碱含量最高。
Taking the total alkaloids of Corydalis in the extract as the measurement index, three methods of alcohol reflux extraction from Yanhusuo alone, alcohol reflux reflux with Salvia miltiorrhiza, and water boiling with other herbs were compared. The results showed that the content of total alkaloids was the highest when Tetrahydrocortisone was refluxed with alcohol.
