一新疆兴办纺织行业企业集团的基本情况与存在的问题1.从1986年以来,我国注册的企业集团就已达两千多家,其中纺织行业的企业集团达二百多家,占1/10左右。纺织行业企业集团发展得较多,是由于我国日用纺织品市场较完善,许多纺织企业已发展为外向型企业,这就便于纺织企业在市场竞争中形成较高水平的企业组织。新疆纺织工业总产值约占新疆工业总产值的1/10,出口创汇额约占新疆出口创汇额的1/4,是新疆发展外向型经济的主要产业,纺织行业体制改革的进程对自治区工业企业体制改革的影响较大。因此,在1988年相继组建了“新疆纺织企业集团”,“三山纺织企
The Basic Situation and Existing Problems of a Textile Industry Group in Xinjiang 1. Since 1986, the number of registered enterprise groups in China has reached more than 2,000, including more than 200 enterprise groups in the textile industry, accounting for 1/10 about. The development of textile industry enterprise groups is more because China’s daily textile market is relatively complete, and many textile enterprises have developed into export-oriented enterprises, which facilitates textile enterprises to form higher-level corporate organizations in market competition. The gross output value of Xinjiang’s textile industry accounts for about one-tenth of the total industrial output value of Xinjiang. The amount of foreign exchange earned by exports accounts for about one-fourth of Xinjiang’s foreign exchange earnings, which is the main industry for the development of export-oriented economy in Xinjiang. The institutional reform has a greater impact. Therefore, in 1988 the “Xinjiang Textile Enterprise Group” and “Sanshan Textile Enterprise” were established one after another.
