当前,很多中小学校从人性化管理角度出发,动员年龄偏大的教师转岗从事教辅工作。我认为此举不妥,理由有二:一方面,“重教学,轻教辅”思想由来已久,根深蒂固,让老教师去从事教辅工作便是这种思想的典型反映。其实,从教学任务管理、教学档案管理、承担辅助教学任务、服务师生等方面看,教辅工作并不是可有可无
At present, many primary and secondary schools, from the perspective of humane management, mobilize older teachers to work in supplementary education.
