秋天到了,心情似乎也随着季节的变化而起伏,做任何事提不起兴趣、无缘由地心情押郁,“秋季抑郁症”真的存在吗?该怎样缓解呢?——黎女士易患秋冬季抑郁症的人群:性格为敏感多疑、多愁善感、好胜心强、性格内向者;工作压力大的白领、更年期女性、孕妇、产妇或老年人,以及部分学龄期儿童。刚经历了负面事件又没得到及时排解的人群;常年在室内工作者、体质较弱或极少参加体育锻炼的脑力劳动者、尤其是平时对寒冷比较敏感的人。
