目的了解四川省攀枝花市致倦库蚊幼虫对6种常用杀虫剂的抗性状况,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法2014年从攀枝花市5个县(区)采集幼虫,用WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法,测定4龄期幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果攀枝花市致倦库蚊幼虫除对仲丁威较敏感(R/S<1)外,对高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯均产生不同程度的抗性,抗性倍数依次分别为75.00、12.40和2.50倍;对双硫磷、敌敌畏的抗性倍数分别为1.67和1.65倍;对仲丁威的抗性倍数<1。结论在灭蚊工作中应采取综合性防制措施,科学合理使用杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to six commonly used insecticides in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province, and to provide basis for the scientific use of insecticides. Methods Larvae were collected from 5 counties (districts) in Panzhihua City in 2014 and the LC50 of 4th instar larvae was determined by larvae immersion method recommended by WHO. Results The larvae of Culex quinquefasciatus in Panzhihua were all susceptible to beta-cypermethrin, permethrin and deltamethrin except for the susceptibility to sec-butyl-D, (R / S <1) 75.00,12.40 and 2.50 times; for diphtheria, dichlorvos resistance fold were 1.67 and 1.65 times; Conclusion In the work of mosquito control, we should take comprehensive control measures and use pesticides scientifically and reasonably.
