为学习、宣传、贯彻党的十八大精神,进一步加强首都未成年人思想道德建设,努力培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。根据首都文明委《弘扬北京精神深入推进未成年人思想道德建设行动计划》的要求,首都文明办联合市教委、团市委、市妇联等单位在全市未成年人中组织开展了“践行北京精神——争当‘学雷锋社区文明小使者’”主题教育实践活动,全市近百万中小学生积极参与到学雷锋的热潮中。与此同时,还组织开展了“美德少年故事”征文活动。
To study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, further strengthen the ideological and moral building of minors in the capital and strive to cultivate socialist builders and successors who are capable of developing moral, intellectual, physical and all-round development. According to the requirements of the CPPCC “Carrying Forward Beijing’s Spirit and Further Promoting the Action Plan for Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors”, the Beijing Municipal Civilization Office, the Joint Commission of Education, the Communist Youth League, and the Women’s Federation of the People’s Republic of China organized and conducted “ Spirit - striving to learn the theme of Lei Feng Community Civilizations’ ”educational activities, the city’s nearly one million primary and secondary students to actively participate in learning craze. At the same time, also organized a “virtuous boy story ” essay activities.
