我院近１０年来行直肠癌根治术２５６例，发生医源性损伤１７例，发生率６．７％，其中骶前大出血１０例，输尿管损伤４例，后尿道损伤２例，膀胱损伤１例。作者分析损伤原因并提出相应的防治措施。
There were 256 cases of rectal cancer resection in our hospital in the past 10 years. There were 17 cases of iatrogenic injury. The incidence was 6.7%. There were 10 cases of prehemorrhage, 4 cases of ureteral injury, 2 cases of posterior urethral injury, and 1 case of bladder injury. . The author analyzes the cause of the injury and proposes appropriate control measures.
