目的:探讨在口腔牙齿疾病治疗中根管治疗技术的临床效果,并谈谈自己的体会。方法:本文选取2011年1月至2012年1月我院收治的160例牙齿疾病患者作为研究对象,对患者施行一次性根管治疗。并在术后一年对患者根管治疗效果进行分析,观察患者康复效果。结果:160例患者中牙齿疾病痊愈的患者有153例,总有效率为95.62%,另外7例由于术后护理不当导致伤口感染,使得治疗失败。结论:正确使用根管治疗法治疗牙齿疾病可以减轻病人痛苦,降低病情复发率,可以有效治疗根尖周炎、牙髓炎、牙髓坏死等牙齿疾病。值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of root canal therapy in the treatment of oral dental diseases, and to talk about my own experience. Methods: In this study, 160 patients with dental diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were enrolled in this study. One-time root canal therapy was performed on patients. One year after surgery, the effect of root canal therapy was analyzed and the effect of rehabilitation was observed. Results: Of the 160 patients, 153 patients recovered from dental diseases with a total effective rate of 95.62%. The other 7 patients failed to receive the wound due to improper postoperative nursing care. Conclusion: Correct use of root canal therapy for the treatment of dental diseases can reduce patient suffering and reduce the recurrence rate. It can effectively treat dental diseases such as apical periodontitis, pulpitis and pulp necrosis. Worth clinical promotion.
