我厂在旧的M120W万能外圆磨床上,采用砂轮磨削修正的简便方法,能使工件表面达到镜面的效果。这种磨削只需工件经过一般磨削达到▽▽▽8后,利用磨削修正的平坦砂轮、充足而清洁的切削液、较小的磨削用量,就可直接在磨床进行镜面磨削。目前对T7A材料、硬度为R_c50~60的工件,磨外圆的平均表面不平度能达到0.08~0.1微米,光洁度▽▽▽▽13;磨内圆平均表面不平度0.18~0.23微米,光洁度▽▽▽▽2;棱圆度都≤0.4微米,表面无划伤。镜面的反射状态如图1、2。
