自硬树脂砂工艺作为一种新的铸造工艺,在国内铸造生产中的应用已日益广泛。这种工艺,对原砂的质量要求较高,浇注后的砂又不象粘土砂那样能直接回用,而且废砂的堆放场地及其运输问题也日益难于解决。所以较经济地解决废砂的回用问题是十分重要的。否则,将使这一工艺的推广应用受到严重的影响。基于以上这些认识,我们从1979年底开始与我部621所合作进行自硬树脂砂回收的试验工作,于1981年3月完成了实验室阶段的试验工作,并于1982年7月在我部东安机械厂进行风力机
