本文重点研究了幼儿的不良倾听行为,主要运用了观察研究法,对幼儿在幼儿园一日活动中出现的不良倾听行为进行观察和记录,并对案例进行多角度分析。通过研究分析,我们得出相关结论:易冲动,自制力差;好动,爱模仿;注意力容易分散这三方面导致幼儿出现不良倾听行为表现。由此,教师应注意引导幼儿养成习惯于倾听别人讲话,然后再说出自己的想法;教师应特别注意为幼儿创设良好的榜样,使幼儿在模仿中学习;教师应灵活地运用无意注意和有意注意,在教育教学过程中,可以运用新颖,多变,强烈的刺激吸引他们,同时,也应该向他们解释进行某种活动的意义和重要性,并提出具体明确的要求,使他们能主动集中注意。
This paper focuses on the poor children’s listening behavior, mainly using the observation method, on the day-to-day activities of children in the nursery to observe and record the bad behavior, and the case from a multi-angle analysis.
