资本主义发展的“新兴工业化”方案是当代世界实践中最有效的方案。已经发表了不少分析新兴工业化国家现象经济内容的研究成果。本文不打算深入分析苏联“新兴工业化国家学”中占主导地位的社会经济问题,只想涉及另外的一些问题。
The “new industrialization” plan for the development of capitalism is the most effective solution in the practice of the contemporary world. A number of research results have been published on the economic aspects of phenomenal phenomena in newly industrialized countries. This article is not intended to provide a thorough analysis of the dominant socio-economic issues in the Soviet Union’s “Emerging Industrialized Countries.” We only want to deal with other issues.
